Good service. Quick delivery. Items were of good quality.
I ordered two summer tunic tops from your advertised sale section on Facebook. The transaction went through okay, however on receiving the confirmation email the expected delivery date was 11 December 2020!Phoned the following day to be told that there were none in stock whatsoever and the delivery date did seem "rather long". Refund obtained, but my gripe is that they shouldn't still be actively advertised, nor should I have been able to order the items.

Ordering was easy, everything arrived very quickly. Disappointed with the bootcut jeggings that I ordered, I ordered the 33" inside leg and they measured 28" so not a good start. The t-shirts were more like dresses and shapeless so they have had to go back. Quality of the items was good.
When you promote some garments which we wish to physically check and try on before purchase they are not stocked. We may not bother visiting the store if you cannot coordinate your promotions with stock in your outlets.
Crop trousers good fit, tee shirt not so. Ordered next size up so that it would be a loose for but whilst shoulders were too baggy, still clung over midriff so will be returning it to my local shop.
The shoes I ordered were not true to size ,found the sizing small and the fit poor .Was very disappointed with the product and will not be ordering any shoes from Cotton Traders again .Hermes were also 2 days late in picking up the returned shoes with no explanation offered for this at all .
Quick and efficient service. Good quality products. Responsive if there is a problem.
unfortunately these sandals were not as described, i have a wide foot and need a wide fitting sandal, these were advertised as such but were in fact the same width as their standard sandals. they were well made but no use to me whatsoever
Awful company to deal with, ordered some shoes at a price of £40 and entered a £10 discount voucher, they refused to accept voucher saying the shoes were in the clearance section, i emailed them on 10th March 2021 pointing out the catalogue i had received did not include these items in the clearly marked clearance section, sent a further 2 emails and they have ignored all of them. Will never use again
The quality of the item was not good. The sizing of the top was definitely too big. They were over priced.
